ROL Group is a Swedish industrial group operating across 10 countries, manufacturing ergonomic workplace solutions for offices, schools, and industrial environments. With operations spanning Scandinavia, Europe, and beyond, the company's digital presence had fragmented into a patchwork of local sites with inconsistent branding and disconnected lead management.
Each market had its own site, its own content management process, and its own way of handling inquiries. Marketing teams lacked visibility into cross-market performance, and sales leads were falling through the cracks between systems.
ROL Group needed a unified platform that could serve multiple markets from a single codebase while integrating with HubSpot for centralized lead tracking and marketing automation.
Our approach
We designed a multi-market architecture that balanced global brand consistency with local market flexibility. A shared component library ensured visual coherence, while a localization layer let each market customize messaging, product catalogs, and contact information.
The HubSpot integration was built as a central nervous system: every form submission, product inquiry, and download request flows into a unified CRM pipeline with automatic market tagging. This gave the marketing team, for the first time, a single view of lead activity across all 10 markets.
We built the site on a modular content architecture that ROL Group's team can manage independently, adding new markets or product lines without developer involvement.
