The challenge

Porsche Club Sverige is one of the largest Porsche clubs in the world, with over 6,000 members across Sweden. The club organizes driving events, rallies, member meetups, and publishes a magazine. Their existing website was outdated and could not keep up with the demands of a growing, active community.

Members needed a modern platform where they could register for events, access exclusive content, manage their membership, and connect with other enthusiasts. The club's board wanted to modernize their digital presence while preserving the premium feel that matches the Porsche brand.

The technical challenge was significant: integrating membership management, event registration with capacity limits, a content publishing system, and a member directory into a cohesive experience.

Our approach

We designed the platform around the member journey: from discovery to sign-up to active participation. Every feature was evaluated through the lens of "does this make it easier for members to engage with the club?"

The event system was built with capacity management, waitlists, and automated confirmations. Members can browse upcoming events, filter by region and type, and register with a single click. The admin panel gives the club's organizers real-time visibility into registrations across all chapters.

For the visual design, we created a premium aesthetic that respects the Porsche brand heritage while establishing the club's own identity. The responsive design ensures the experience works seamlessly whether members are browsing at home or checking event details at the track.
